Day 60

Monday and here I am getting ready for some eyelid surgery. I am wondering to whom I shall speak today bout the business opportunity, or better yet to whom shall I listen. My goal is still two people no matter what.

My first individual was the nurse administering my medication before my procedure – he had a great story about himself. He has an 8 year old daughter, works at the clinic and is a musician that writes rap music. I asked him what excites him most. His response was nothing in particular, that was just his life. I suppose that I will talk to him again for post operative procedures and then talk about what our company has to offer. I think his interests are very cool, especially when it comes to doing things with his daughter!

Now who else today? It might prove to be a bit difficult since I will be lying down having the doctors’ work on my face. I did find, though, the doctor was going on vacation to see his parents and that he loves his employment. I will get to know him better after the Christmas break. So that was number two.

The procedure took much longer than expected – my doctor is very good at being a perfectionist. It seemed forever at times but I needed the rest. It also gave me a lot of time to think about the business and how I was going to move forward.
I must admit, my sleep this evening was tough as I had a lot of pain in my back from lying down so long. Thank goodness for my husband, he is a gem and is looking after me well.
