Day 29

Sunday morning and another great day to celebrate. I am constantly waking up with new ideas on how to better fill up meeting rooms. I am going to try a couple of them later today for the meeting in 10 days time (after Thanksgiving). I need to work on my brochures, flyers, postcard designs today and get them printed for the trade shows. I will likely print them at home to start with good paper especially die cut for my laser color printer.

Yes, my 10 emails are being sent as well. I am now adding the person notes and asking for the best phone number to call. I will see what the response is later this week. Hopefully people will be still working on Monday and Tuesday before Thanksgiving.

Wow – you never know what is going to happen every day you go out and do your shopping. I am also certain to take my business cards with me these days just in case I meet up with anyone. Today was no exception for meeting with those in the long past. Both of the people I connected with today, I had sent emails talking about my new venture. I gave them each a business card and had them promise to view the website listed therein. Each said they would and I told them I would follow up in a day or two to talk about the business opportunity. I have now calendarized the phone call follow ups. I know each of them will at least give me a referral.

Now I am working on getting the CDs ready to cut with Light Scribe disks I just purchased at Fry’s. I plan on cutting 25 CDs to start and see how they turn out.
It took almost 3 hours to get the files right and to publish them to a CD. We decided to create a personalized auto loading web page that will play the video right away. It also made it easier to personalize the links to go to my website. This way I can customize for everyone in my down line. The CDs look great when using light scribe – the logo and the contact information are etched into the CD itself.
