We are always busy, busy, busy and we all have excuses for not following up or doing what is necessary to be successful. I read that you are only successful if you can fill your days with hard work. I believe that is true, however, what hard work are we talking about? If the hard work does not lead to sales, then it is fruitless. Hard work needs to be channeled in such a way that it yields enough fruit to be productive and help you to build your business.
I have been working hard and am planting the seeds for success. I did my follow ups with everyone I met at the networking event with a plan to phone call each one next week (I sent a nice to meet you email with the link to the video explaining I would call next week after they have had a chance to view the material).
I even managed to get a full attention appointment with a prospect that will do his due diligence before making a decision on whether to join my part of the organization. I have given him phone numbers for my upline to check out the information. Once again, we will see. I just hav to keep working on getting my downline built.
Today, I will be spending a part of my day with a friend from a few years ago. It is for a project with Rotary and the Firefighters. I also plan on getting him on the product along with his wife. I do not want to leave any stones unturned!
